Getting the most out of the space you have available has long been a challenge for store owners and retailers. You want to display as much merchandise as possible, but you only have so much floor space in which to do it. There are several different retail store display shelving options you can take advantage of to give you more area in which to display your goods without making your store look cluttered or crammed.

Gondola Units: Gondola units are the gold standard for shelving in small to medium-sized stores because of their durability and versatility. They can be obtained in a variety of lengths and heights based on the space you have available, and the shelving space they provide can be maximized with end-caps and height extenders.

Height Extenders: Just what they sound like, height extenders are rack-like shelving that attaches to the top of a gondola or other shelving unit to provide a couple more feet of display space.

End Caps: If you have a shelf unit with nothing displayed at the end, make use of that space with an end cap. These units don't take up much room and give you a significant amount of extra shelving, and are great for displaying promotional or seasonal items.

Slotted Upright Wall Units: These handy units can be affixed to any wall that has unused space, and are ideal for displaying smaller items.

Base Decks: Also known as stack bases, these squared floor units are great for seasonal merchandise or promotional items and can be placed near the front of your store to draw your customers' attention to the items being displayed.

Finding the right retail store display shelving can be easy and effortless once you know what space you have available. Shelving units can be obtained that fit anywhere and will maximize your display space to give you as much room as possible while keeping your store looking neat and organized.

Start maximizing the space you have. Try out some of these handy solutions.
